Me: Good morning, I just wanna inquire about e-banking?
Teller: ???
Me: uhmm, Electronic Banking? (I even pointed to the advertisement that has BDO services)
Teller: ay di ko po alam sir eh...., charlane familiar ka sa e-banking?
Teller2: (shakes her head)
